I honestly feel so lucky to have Steph as a PT. She literally has revolutionised being in the gym for me, she has taught me so much and most importantly taught me to love it and for all the right reasons. Whilst I usually only see Steph for one session a month, the effort she puts in completely extends that hour. She ensures I’m on the right path training wise for rest of the month, sends me messages when I am needing a bit more of a push and constantly helps me when she has a minute in the gym. Steph has completely changed my body shape, my confidence and my attitude to training. She pushes me to try new things and use equipment that I wouldn’t feel comfortable trying on my own and makes me feel super happy when I can actually do it. I’ve trained with her for over two years, it never gets boring, she’s helped me physically and mentally because she really cares. She’s not only my trainer but also my friend. Thank you Steph x

I've been training with Steph for just over 6 months now and can honestly say I have never been in better shape!  I've done intense 6 week training and diet regimes in the past, and yes, I did get great results, but they are short lived as the plans are just not sustainable in every day life.  With Steph, I feel like my lifestyle has changed for the better, for the long term.  

When I first started my PT sessions, I didn't really have that much weight to lose so instead I chose to focus on building fitness and muscle.  My body has become a lot more toned, my posture has improved, I feel a lot stronger and have become more confident both in and out the gym!

Exercising used to feel like a chore but with Steph's motivational banter, easy to follow plans and achievable goals, it all drives me to push harder.  I can't thank her enough for getting me to where I am today, and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve in the next 6 months.
